Manchester State Park, Manchester, CA

Prior to forming BioConsultant LLC, Kim Fitts and Derek Marshall developed the Manchester State Park Habitat Protection and Restoration Plan.  The 581 hectare park was surveyed for the endangered mountain beaver, rare and endangered plants, and exotic plant species marked for removal.

The SSU GIS Lab, headed by Ross Meentemeyer and assistant Roy Jackson, along with special consultant Derek Marshall, developed a working GIS for the Park's future management.  Special thanks to Mike Hearty, Site Administrator.
