PAMB SURVEYS

BioConsultant LLC has performed many PAMB surveys and restoration projects.  We work with government agencies as well as private landowners to solve wildlife issues.

We have over a decade of experience with this endangered species.   BioConsultant has a streamlined method to conduct cost-effective surveys- not even poison oak or stinging nettle can slow us down.

BioConsultant also conducts PAMB survey training seminars with the USFWS to certify new biologists.

COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMITS

If your proposed project is within 2 miles of the California coastline you are required to obtain a Coastal Development Permit.  Let BioConsultant do the work for you.  No other company has the experience that we do regarding PAMB permits

INCIDENTAL TAKE PERMITS

Landowners who wish to conduct activities on their land that might incidentally harm (or "take") a species listed as endangered or threatened must first obtain an incidental take permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.  BioConsultant works between the client and USFWS to obtain IT permits.

HCP- HABITAT CONSERVATION PLANS

Let BioConsultant develop your HCP.

To obtain an IT permit, the applicant must develop a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP), designed to offset any harmful effects the proposed activity might have on the species.  The HCP process allows development to proceed while promoting listed species conservation.
